REPORTS OF WRONGDOING – WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY

Legislative Decree 24/2023 in implementing the EU Directive 2019/1937 in transposing the indications of the aforementioned Directive intends to ensure the protection of all those who make reports of unlawful conduct, both in terms of confidentiality and protection from retaliation.
To this end, Contec s.p.a. has set up an internal reporting channel (web -based IT platform) for use by employees and external parties that allows for the management of reports, guaranteeing the confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower and other parties involved in the report.

For the transmission of internal whistleblower reports, the whistleblower shall use the IT platform as a priority through the following address
